Program: Medical Coding (CPC) Certificate Program

Program Description: Become a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and get prepared for a career in Healthcare. Gain solid knowledge of healthcare industry processes, medical terminology and other core concepts and then take the CPC exam as part of the program in order to obtain your CPC Certification through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). -10 week program on Wednesday evenings and Saturdays -115 instruction hours -This certification is open to anyone with discipline and willing to learn. If you do not have medical experience, you can earn a CPC-A (Apprentice) certification upon successfully passing the CPC exam. Once you gain 1 year of work experience in the field, you can upgrade to the CPC designation.
