Program Description:	This certificate is designed to prepare students for entry level employment (prep cook, fry cook, line cook). It also is designed to prepare students for entry level food service employment (prep cook, fry cook, line cook) in health care facilities such as hospitals and long term health care. And/or prepare students for entry level management positions in food service.
