| Program Description: | This hands-on program prepares students for entry-level positions in healthcare settings by combining classroom instruction with supervised clinical experience. Students will learn essential patient care skills, safety procedures, infection control, communication, and basic nursing fundamentals. The program is offered during the day as a 9-week course and in the afternoon and evening as a 16-week course. Students complete both theory and clinical training and, upon successful completion, are eligible to take the California State Nursing Assistant Competency and Evaluation Examination. |
