Program: Medical Office Administration

Program Description: This course is designed to introduce adult students to Medical Office Administration. This course is structured to provide a maximum opportunity for students to learn health insurance claim forms, medical terminology, legal and ethical issues for healthcare professionals, and diagnostic and procedural coding. Textbooks, personal computers, and software equivalent to those commonly found in today’s medical office, will be used to teach these skills in the classroom.
