Program: Intermediate Welding

Program Description: This advanced program is designed for students looking to refine their craft and master the complex techniques required for industry certification testing. The curriculum emphasizes precision, safety, and the application of advanced welding skills to prepare students for professional standards. Students must be proficient in using and interpreting a tape measure to successfully perform the necessary measurements and fabrication tasks required for this level of instruction. Upon demonstrating required competencies, students may qualify to test for AWS certifications. These courses offer a wide range of welding techniques for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners. Students will gain hands-on experience using different materials and welding machines. Upon demonstrating required competencies, students may qualify to test for AWS certification. *Certification can take up to 2 to 3 semesters.
