Program Description: A program that assists individuals in upskilling their computer skills. In addition to assisting the individual to sit for the MOS, this is also a program that prepares individuals to provide technical assistance support and advice to computer users to help troubleshoot software and hardware problems. Includes instruction in computer concepts, information systems, networking, operating systems, computer hardware, Internet software applications, help desk concepts and problem solving and principles of customer service.

Prerequisites:
Clients who do not possess a High school diploma or GED must pass the Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment Systems (CASAS) with a score of scale score 216 or higher. Muist pass a drug test.
