Program Description:	A student enrolled in the Complete Automotive Mechanic Technology program will become proficient in the Automotive Engine Service and performance/maintenance fields. The course is 400 hours of study. Modules covered are Engines, Ignition System and Tuning, Brake System, Suspension and Alignment, Differential, Automatic & Manual Transmissions and Automotive Electricity. Students roughly receive 70% of instruction in a shop atmosphere with hands on experience and 30% theory instruction. Prepared text manuals are provided with the course as well as tools of the trade.
