| Program Description: | This introductory course is designed for students with little to no experience in the electrical field. Students are introduced to the electrical field. Students are introduced to electrical terminology, circuit types, and fundamental concepts of voltage, current, and ressistance. Hands-on training includes wiring basic circuits, using the Amatrol 990-ACDC1 training system, proper use of a digital multimeter, and applying electrical formulas such as Ohm's Law to perform voltage, current, and resistance calculations. |
