Program: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Program Description: The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate program is an instructor-led program, designed to give students the skills to utilize the best practices from the Lean Six Sigma structured for improving and sustaining organizational processes, with the advanced skills to execute the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control), DMADC, and DMEDI methodologies. It utilizes key leadership principles and practices including Change Management, Team Formation and Management, and Critical Decision Making to drive and support related Lean processes.The learning tools of Lean Six Sigma will enhance the performance of the participant as a valuable leader in the production and distribution of goods and services.This a blended program with 48 in class hours and 15 hours on-line for a total of 69 hours.This Program includes a Certificate of Completion from the University of La Verne and the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate upon passing the SMStudy Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Assessment.
