Program Description: A program that generally prepares individuals to apply technical knowledge and skills in the building, inspecting, and maintaining of structures and related properties. May include instruction in masonry, carpentry, electrical and power transmission, installation, building construction, finishing, management, inspection, and other construction-related applications.

Prerequisites:
Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED, and for those who do not, he/she must pass the US Dept of Education Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment Systems (CASAS) test. In addition, applicants must pass a drug test and be able to lift up to 50 lbs, able to speak, read, write, and follow directions in English.
