Program: Basics of Supply Chain Management

Program Description: This program assists the student without any academic or practical work experience in operations and supply chain management. The program is designed to provide students with the fundamental knowledge required to effectively plan, source and lead manufacturing and distribution organizations. This program provides an overview of the entire planning hierarchy within an organization from strategic planning all the way through to shop-floor planning. In addition, this program also prepares students for the Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification examination.
